Senior Business Development / Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong exposure to both domestic and international markets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and global markets, including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial end-users..
  • Drive strategic account management and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth areas.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align client requirements with plant capabilities.
  • Experience with export documentation and international trade practices.
  • Skilled in managing global client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including international trips as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and client feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and influence clients and stakeholders.

Market Exposure:

  • Must have handled both domestic (India) and international (export) markets

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production) preferred.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in export documentation, international trade practices, and working with global clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM/ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of casting processes such as Sand Casting, Investment Casting, Pressure Die Casting, Gravity Die Casting, etc.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including international visits as required.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10 years to maximum 20 years and above in casting/foundry sales, with proven exposure to domestic and international markets.
