  • Patterns and Core Box 3D Design and Modelling, Programming through DelCam.
  • Pattern Development for ARPA & Hand Molding (No-Bake) through VMC/ Manual at Competitive price.
  • Committed Development time Simulation: – Simulation of existing Methoding to suggest Defect Elimination & Yield improvement.
  • New product Methoding. Matchplating as per Methoding Design, Matchplating of available patterns as per the requirement of Foundry.
  • At Production Stage:-Analysis for Defects, Yield Improvement, productivity enhancement by increasing Pattern’s Cavity, optimization of weight as per requirement.
  • Analysis & Comparison of Dimensions with 3D Model to check possibility of weight reduction.
  • Documentation: –  Supporting documents for Sample submission & Customer/System Audit of Foundries & Customer complaints Analysis and necessary Actions planning etc.
  • IATF/QMS compliance, documentation etc.

  • Need to be very good in Delcam software

  • Training and Education: Conduct safety training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors to raise awareness about safety procedures, emergency protocols, and proper use of safety.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and oversee emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and drills. Ensure proper functioning of safety equipment, such as fire alarms, extinguishers, and first aid.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety Keep abreast of new developments in safety standards and regulations.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks and hazards associated with new processes, equipment, or advise management on necessary precautions and mitigation measures.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and corrective actions. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
  • Safety Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of safety through effective communication, engagement, and encouragement of safe behaviors among all employees.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, such as operations, human resources, and maintenance, to integrate safety practices into daily operations and projects.

Desired candidate profile:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Occupational Health and Safety Technician)
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Experience:

  • 7 to 15 years.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
