Heat Resistance: Ultramax Fe 550D TMT bars exhibit exceptional strength retention during testing at temperatures up to 500°C, and only a marginal decrease in yield strength is observed in the range of 550°C to 600°C.
Corrosion Resistance: Ultramax Fe 550D TMT bars utilize advanced German technology, featuring a fine layer of scales that acts as a protective barrier, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.

Sponge Iron
At Adukia Industries, we produce sponge iron through the direct reduction of iron ore using carbon in the form of coal at approximately 1100 degrees. This process results in the creation of metallic iron, which is also known as sponge iron, direct reduction iron (DRI), metalized iron, or hot briquetted iron.
Ferro Alloys
Ferro alloy refers to various alloys of iron with a high proportion of one or more other elements such as manganese, aluminum, or silicon. They are used in the production of steels and alloys. The alloys impart distinctive qualities to steel and cast iron or serve important functions during production. Ferro alloys produced by us are used as raw materials for the manufacture of stainless steel products. We also sell specialised ferro alloys – low and medium carbon – for special steel applications. We sell ferroalloys of various grades, a finished product, to steel companies primarily in the states of Odisha, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan.
Pellets
Pellets are a type of agglomerated iron ore fines which has better tumbler index when compared with that of parent iron ore and can be used as a substitute of lump ore for the production of sponge iron and in blast furnaces for the production of hot metal. The iron pellets are produced with cold crushing strength (CCS) of 210+ and porosity of 24+” which helps to maintain grade in DRI fem – 80+ and our product mean particle size (MPS) is ~9.5-10 which assists in reducing oxygen in kiln and maintain consistency in grade. Iron Pellets are used as raw material for sponge iron and blast furnaces.
AIC can produce various grades/quality of pellets because of having a rotary kiln where the pellets are heated and fired uniformly. The process can use multiple ores simultaneously by applying the art of raw material blending. Pellet process helps save energy i.e. power because of excellent heat recuperation and lower drop in pressure of gases.
