UNIT: NN ISPAT
N.N. Ispat Unit, located in Dewandighi, Burdwan, West Bengal, is a highly reputable manufacturer of TMT bars. With a production capacity of 4,00,000 tons per annum, we produce various high-quality steel products, including Billet, TMT Bars & Coils, Wire Rod, and HB wire.
Our size range of TMT Bars is 5.5mm to 32mm. We are recognised for our commitment to providing quality products and services at the most reasonable prices.
UNIT: RAIC
RAIC Unit is located in Jamuria, Burdwan, West Bengal. We have an annual production capacity of 3,00,000 tons per annum of DRI, 3,00,000 tons per annum of TMT Bars and 6,000 tons per annum of ferro alloys. We have a power plant of 25 MW.
We are expanding to become self-reliant in terms of power supply, contributing to the overall development of India.
Expansion: The Company is in process of installing 12,000 tons per annum of ferro alloys and 80,000 tons per annum of DRI with 35 MW captive power.
UNIT: AIC IRON
AIC Iron Unit located in Purulia, West Bengal, has an annual production capacity of 3,60,000 tons of DRI and 2,50,000 tons per annum of Mild Steel Billet, HR Narrow Strip, and Pipes & Tubes and has a power plant of 25 MW.
Our commitment to quality and state-of-the-art facilities has established us as a reliable supplier of high-quality steel products to various industries.
Expansion: The Company is installing a 600 TPD DRI plant for the production of DRI and a 25 MW captive power plant. In addition to this, the steelmaking capacity will be 2,70,000 tons per annum (Addition of 1,50,000 tons per annum).
UNIT: AIC CASTING
This first established unit started its operation in 1971 with the manufacturing of Grey Iron Casting. Presently with 20,000 tons per annum production capacity, with large motor manufacturing companies as its customer base.
Following a strict quality control system and innovative research in the field of iron products manufacturing, the Group has opened up three more units to meet the increasing demand and strengthen its distribution channel.
Expansion: The Company is establishing its new green foundry at Foundry Park near Kolkata, West Bengal with a capacity of 36,000 tons per annum. The products that will be manufactured are grey iron, ductile iron, alloy castings etc.
TECH AIC DRI PELLETS PVT. LTD
Tech AIC DRI Pellets Pvt. Ltd. located in Ikrah, Jamuria, West Bengal is engaged in the production of pellets with a capacity of 1 Million tons per annum. The facility converts iron ore fines into high-grade iron ore pellets, serving as a critical raw material feed for Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) / Sponge Iron production within the AIC Group and the broader steel ecosystem.
Expansion: Further expanding its operational capabilities, the company is also installing a 1.2 MTPA Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant. This facility will convert low-grade iron ore into high-grade feed by significantly reducing alumina (Al2O3), silica (SiO2), and other gangue impurities, ensuring optimal raw material quality for downstream processing.
