Automobile Engineer – Steel & Iron Plant

Experience:

• 8 – 12 Years & 2- 6 years (preferably in heavy industries/plant maintenance)

No. of Position Required :

• 2 (1 Senior & 1 Junior as per above years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and repair of plant vehicles, material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts, Hydra, dumpers, etc.).
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of automotive systems used in the plant.
• Coordinate with operations for vehicle scheduling and uptime.
• Maintain records of vehicle service, fuel consumption, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms related to automotive operations.
• Liaise with vendors for procurement of spares and vehicle servicing contracts.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in automobile maintenance within heavy industry/steel plant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, Hydra systems, diesel engines, and fleet management.

• Jamuria, Raniganj
