History

History of our company

1971

Foundation of Adukia Industries by Late Shri Bajrang Lal Adukia.

1994

Adukia Industries acquired the Liluah plant (AIC casting) to commence its operation for commercial production of castings.

2003

Acquired another plant in Jalan complex, Howrah to boost production of casting.

2008

Entered into manufacturing of steel by taking over 2 plants for the production of steel ingots and rolling of structural steel and TMT Bars.

2011

Acquired a sponge iron plant with a vision to grow the business as an integrated steel plant.

2018

We installed a captive power plant, SMS, rolling mill, and ferroalloy plant and became a fully integrated steel plant.

2022

Laid the foundation of the pellet plant in Jamuria.
